There are absolutely no refund or exchanges unless under certain circumstances.

If your item arrived damaged, please email us telling us if you would like a replacement. Please include in your email a photo of the damaged item and the date the photo was taken. Include your order number in the email as well. 

 

We will replace broken or damaged products. We will ship you another item free of charge. There will be no need to return the damage product.
